[ARCHIVED] Seeking bids to renovate and remodel Bayside Park
Learn more about bids and proposals
The Town's bid process is open to find a contractor to renovate and remodel Bayside Park in the downtown area of Fort Myers Beach.
This is an especially exciting project as it is designed to transform a busy tourist, residential, restaurant, retail, fishing, and boating area in Downtown that has been a topic of community discussion for a long time.
Bids are being accepted to perform RENOVATIONS AND REMODELING related to civil, landscape and electrical work at the park. The work is to include a new band shell, new hardscape paving, shade structures, motorized trellises and landscaping.
A pre-bid meeting (non-mandatory) will be held at Bayside Park on First Street at 9 a.m. on June 29.
The Town partners with DemandStar for open and accessible instant access for all businesses to RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs. Find the bid specs and package: https://lnkd.in/eUmHz_k
