Learn more about how town officials work together with the Fire Department, Sheriff’s Office and Lee County government to keep everything running smoothly on Fort Myers Beach.
Registration is required for the free two day conference which is being held this year Friday, April 7th and Saturday, April 8th. There is still a few spots available. Day 1: Starts at 8:30 a.m. at Town Hall with coffee and biscuits. Participants will hear from various entities that interact with the Town, including the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Department and Lee County. Learn about arts on the island, island ecology, non-profit organizations and charities and the various Town advisory committees.
Day 2: Field Trip Day! Participants are shuttled to Bowditch, Mound House where they will receive a tour and lunch, the Fort Myers Beach Library, Bay Oaks, Beach Elementary, Matanzas Pass Preserve and the Historic Society.
