Fitness Room

The fitness room features 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 1 stationary bike, stair stepper, a Smith machine, numerous individual strength machines and a variety of free weight dumbbells and weight bars. The fitness room is topped off with a 50” TV. In addition to the fitness room, members can participate in drop-in basketball, drop-in volleyball, drop-in pickle ball, senior softball, and bocce ball. Members also receive a discounted rate on our many different fitness classes offered throughout the week.


Come experience the relaxation and fitness benefits of Yoga at Bay Oaks. No experience necessary. Learn the postures and techniques in a fun and friendly environment. Mats and hand weights are provided if needed.

When: Thursday at 9:00am.

A Workout and a Dance Party in one!

Dance is healing, it helps improve physical, emotional and mental well-being. Choreographies help to improve balance, range of motion and coordination. All ages are welcome to participate in this Party where the goal is to have everyone smile and dance.

When: Monday’s at 6:30 pm

Fee: $8 Member / $10 Non-Member

Yoga Flow

This class is designed for beginners to advanced yogis and all those in between.

This Vinyasa style class will work on increasing flexibility and joint range of motion through breath and movement.

When: Tuesday's at 7:00 pm

Body Sculpt

A great full body workout set to music that incorporates both bodyweight movements and light dumbbells to improve strength and fitness. Exercises are modifiable so participants can work at the level best suited to them. Whether you are new to strength training, or looking to increase the intensity for a good burn, there is something for everyone.

When: Wednesdays at 9:00am.

Spin Cycle

Get an excellent cardio and leg strengthening workout in just 45 minutes! Modifiable for beginners to advanced Spinners. Bikes are provided, just bring a sweat towel, water and a good attitude! Each class is limited to 10 riders. First come first serve.
