The BASE Team is responsible for enforcing parking and leash regulations in Fort Myers Beach.

Parking Permits
Parking permits are available for island residents and business owners. You may purchase them from the BASE Office during regular office hours for $10.60. The permit is valid for one year after the date of purchase. 

The permit allows you to park under Matanzas Pass Bridge or at any of the Town-owned beach access areas. It does not allow parking at Lynn Hall Park or Bowditch Park. Vehicles with residential parking permits are not allowed to park in short-term, or metered, parking areas; residents are allowed to park in long-term parking areas.

Pay a Parking Ticket
You can pay your parking ticket in person at the BASE Office, 1661 Estero Blvd., or you may use the envelope provided to mail it in.
